To download a document in your myFreedom account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Documents
- Select the Document: Locate the document or documents you wish to download. To select it, click the checkbox to the left of the document's title.
- Download Button: After you've selected the desired document(s), look to the right of the search bar in the top right of the tracker. You should see a "Download" button. This button becomes visible when you have one or more documents selected.
- Click the Download Button: To initiate the download, click the "Download" button.
